Now you know that if you take a Stretch, a Risk or a "Die" a day, you get fearless. Automatically.

Your confidence rises. You trust yourself. And the best part? Fear takes a back seat and you can be up front in your life and choose the path you want to take without fear messing it up.

It's time to watch today's short Fearless Living Boot Camp video. (If you missed any of the previous Boot Camp posts or videos, don't sweat it. You can find all of them here. And you can enlist in the Boot Camp at any time -- it doesn't "expire." Even after the end of the month, the posts and videos will be accessible on HuffPost. Oh -- and if you haven't enlisted yet but would like to, click the "Connect" button at the bottom of the page, or go to Social Workout's Fearless Living Boot Camp homepage.) And now, the video....

Did you watch the video? Great! Here's your FEARLESS LIVING BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE, DAY 7:

Take a step to turn an acquaintance into a friend.

It's important to build your support system, and turning an acquaintance into a potential friend is a fantastic start. (You can even ask them to do this Boot Camp with you....) Not sure how to reach out to someone you don't know very well? Let's turn to Stretch, Risk and Die.

A Stretch might be smiling at them with more connection and commitment.

A Risk might be asking them out to lunch and sharing the Boot Camp with them. (Make sure they check out Social Workout's Fearless Living Boot Camp homepage to see the great community we've got going!)

A Die might be literally telling them that you want to connect more.

Remember, you determine whether something's a Stretch, Risk or Die. Did just the thought of taking action like this scare the bejesus out of you? Give yourself credit for that, too! (What's a Stretch for someone else might be a Risk for you. Don't judge. Just start.)

Go ahead and start now! Once you've completed today's task, calculate your points.

Doing a Stretch adds 1 point to your total.

Take a Risk adds 7 points to your total.

If this is a Die, give yourself 28 points. (The point system is explained more fully on Social Workout's homepage, if you're not quite sure.)

Be sure to track your points each and every day so you can be eligible for the daily, weekly and monthly giveaways.

If you'd like, scroll down to the comments section or head on over to Social Workout and share your answers to the following:
