It's time to stand tall. Literally.

It's been said that sometimes the fastest way to make a change is to fake it until you make it, and if you want to take an action that transforms your attitude (I'm not kidding) and increases your confidence immediately, you gotta do today's challenge.

Learn what you can do today -- right now -- that gives you mucho benefits without a lot of effort. I know I'm in. After snorkeling this past week, and taking my own Stretches and Risk, I am ready to feel even better about myself.

FEARLESS LIVING BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE, DAY 8:

You know what you have to do right? That's right.

Stand tall. All day.

Shoulders back. Head held high. Spine straight.

Using your body as a measure of confidence increases it from the outside in. So before you do any task today towards your one area of focus, DO THIS EXERCISE.

Got it?

I am so excited. I know becoming aware of how you walk, stand, and move through the world is vitally important to feeling fantastically wonderful about yourself.

Once you've completed today's task, calculate your points. Doing a Stretch adds 1 point to your total. Taking a Risk adds 7 points to your total. If this is a Die, give yourself 28 points. (The point system is explained more fully on Social Workout's homepage, if you're not quite sure.)
