Sunday marked the end of the ninth annual Festival of Lights in Berlin, one of the largest illumination festivals around the world.
Every October, seventy projections are placed around the city, lighting Berlin's famous landmarks and other popular spots with an assortment of designs and colors.
This year, the festival featured Manfred Kielnhofer’s ‘Guardians of Time’, 5 mystical sculptures traveling to exhibitions all over the world. The ‘guardians’ appeared in a different illuminated site every night.
