Whoever is doing the booking for Festival People en Español definitely deserves a pat on the back. Not only were they able score stars like Luis Miguel and Prince Royce for the inaugural concert, they’ve lined up even bigger names for year two.

People just released the roster for their San Antonio concert and it is impressive. Performers like Alejandro Fernandez, Wisin y Yandel and Jencarlos Canela have all confirmed their participation.

Even more interesting is the fact that the Festival booked Demi Lovato. Though Spanish isn’t her primary language, the “Skyscraper” singer is very proud of her Mexican roots and has a huge draw in Latin America.

Beyond that, the Festival will feature Q&A sessions, celebrity meet and greets, lectures and an appearance by the “Latina Oprah,” Cristina Saralegui. The fun kicks off August 31 at the one-and-only Alamodome.
