First White House Aide Indicted In 130 Years…

The indictment says Libby learned Plame's identity from Cheney, who learned it from the CIA.

Although Libby, who resigned immediately following news of the indictment, is the first White House aide indicted in 130 years, the White House was spared another potential political blow because President Bush's deputy chief of staff and top political adviser, Karl Rove, who appeared before the grand jury on four occasions, was not indicted. He remains a target of the investigation.
