What you have done is not hid from God. He sees clearly the deeds done in darkness and one day they will be brought to light. Though the justice of man may be limited, the Justice of Our God is not. Your money, power, and connections will not shield you from judgement. Your money is dust. Your clout is as lint floating in the air. Your deceitfulness will be known to all. The pain and hurt you have inflicted will be known full well. For God hears the cries of the broken-hearted and draws near to those who fear Him and call on His name. But you have drawn near to the powerful and shown favoritism to the strong. You have oppressed the weak and exploited the marginalized. Therefore the face of God is turned away from you and His wrath He will not hold back. For the Maker of Heaven Earth who formed the waters of Lake Huron will redeem what has been taken; and of that goodness you and those you have mislead will have no part.
But if you confess that you are not God, that Jesus is King and you are not. That He created you to flourish, work, rule and create and you have chosen to crush, strive, dominate and abuse. If you confess and turn from the wicked practices you commit, you will receive forgiveness from God, be adopted into his family and be saved from destruction. You will share in the resurrection of Christ and He will use you to do mighty things sustained by the love you have received.
But if you do not stop your oppression of the poor, perpetuation of racism and white supremacy, you and those you lead will be snuffed out. Because He is Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last; and the day is coming where every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to Glory of God the Father.
