Houston Residents Capture Incredible Images Of Flooding In Texas

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) has declared states of disaster in 24 Texas counties after tornadoes, heavy rainfall, thunderstorms and flooding rocked a large part of the Lone Star State.

"This is the biggest flood this area of Texas has ever seen," Abbott said Monday.
