Florence Welch On 'SNL': Two Looks, One Night! (VIDEO, PHOTOS)

WATCH: Florence & The Couture

Florence & The Machine might do well to rename the band Florence & The Couture.

The group, helmed by Florence Welch, has turned into quite the high fashion affair as designers from Karl Lagerfeld to Frida Giannini of Gucci embrace the flame-haired singer and her chic, bohemian style.

Welch looked posh as ever last night as she sang two songs on "Saturday Night Live" in two different looks. To perform the characteristically haunting ballad "No Light, No Light," Florence opted for an elegant black gown with a long skirt layered over a short one (providing "the mullet effect").

But she kicked it up a notch for "Shake It Out" wearing a black and white sequin dress with a plunging neckline and mini hemline from Balmain's Spring 2012 collection.

It was just two more high-style moments for Florence, who has been performing in all sorts of designer threads lately. She sang for a crowd in Sydney last week wearing a sequin frock from Jason Wu's Fall 2011 collection and earlier hit the stage in Miami clad in Gucci, the brand for which she is currently a muse.

And you can't forget her highest of high fashion moments: Florence performed at the Chanel Spring 2012 show. Wearing Chanel. With Karl Lagerfeld himself by her side.
