There are A LOT of food blogs out there today. Anyone with a kitchen, a camera and a basic knowledge of WordPress can start one (and sometimes it feels like that's just what happened). While it requires some work, if you shift through the overwhelming plethora of blogs on the blogosphere, you can find some true gems. Just take a look at the winners of this year's Saveur food blog awards -- at all the contestants really, -- and it's clear.

But in order for people to find those great blogs, the bloggers need to catch our attention. And the way they do that is not with their quick wit, creative recipes or stunning photography -- we need to have clicked on their site in order to discover that -- it's the name. Everything is in the name. And so we thought it only appropriate to honor not just the best names in the food blog world, but the ones that made us chuckle.
