Foursquare Points Support CampInteractive In New York City

Foursquare users who "check in" and get on the leaderboard in New York through December 13 will not only be earning points for themselves, but contributing to CampInteractive, an organization which seeks to encourage inner city youth to get outdoors and inspire themselves through technology.

In a new campaign financially supported by Pepsi, just by becoming the new mayor of Chipotle, Foursquare will donate four cents to Campinteractive, topping off at $10,000. Announced by Foursquare on its blog, the organization is excited to use its consider influence for "something in the real world."
