NEW YORK (AP) - The chief rabbi of France will discuss terrorism and a rising wave of anti-Semitism during an address at a New York City synagogue.

Rabbi Haim Korsia will appear Thursday evening at the Park East Synagogue in Manhattan.

Mayor Bill de Blasio and prominent Jewish community leaders will be among those attending, along with children from French families living in New York City.
