Frank Ocean, Chris Brown Brawl: Prosecution Time (VIDEO)

Ocean Wants To Press Charges

The feud between Chris Brown and Frank Ocean is escalating. What started as mutual disses on Twitter reached violent heights Sunday night, as Brown allegedly assaulted Ocean over a parking space. Now, Ocean wants to press charges.

"He's desirous of prosecution," Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department spokesman Steve Whitmore told the Daily News, referring to Ocean.

As reported yesterday, the Grammy Award-winning Brown is under investigation for "punching the victim" (Ocean) in a parking lot fight Sunday night in West Hollywood. Though sources told TMZ that Brown had actually tried to shake Ocean's hand and was attacked by a member of Ocean's entourage first. That's when a member of Brown's crew allegedly took a hit at someone in Ocean's group, TMZ reported.

Brown, 23, has one more year of probation left to serve from the 2009 assault of his then-girlfriend, Rihanna, reports MTV. This new brawl with Ocean, 25, could really complicate things for him.

The two singers have not yet made official statements about the events of Sunday night, but they both used Twitter in explaining their respective sides to their fans. Most recently, Brown posted a photo of Jesus on the cross on his Instagram account, saying that's how he "feels" today.
