Frazer McLaren, David Dziurzynski Fight: Senators Forward Knocked Out, Suffers Concussion (VIDEO)

NHL Fight Ends With A Knock Out

The Ontario rivalry between the Ottawa Senators and Toronto Maple Leafs got off to a quick start on Wednesday night when David Dziurzynski and Frazer McLaren dropped the gloves just 26 seconds into the first period.

Play was halted when the heavyweight bruisers circled each other immediately following a face-off in Toronto's own end. After they traded early punches, McLaren delivered a hard right hand that appeared to knock out Dziurzynski, who fell hard to the ice. The woozy Senators' forward was helped to his feet by the referees and then off the ice by his teammates.

Ottawa later confirmed that Dziurzynski had suffered a concussion from the fight.
