3 cups cooked rice
4 strips bacon (cut into small pieces)
2 pc Chinese sausage (cut into thin disks)

3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp fish sauce
2 eggs

Directions:
In a large wok or non-stick pan, add oil until slightly smoking and hot. Add ham, sausage, bacon, shrimp and sauté for 1 minute. Add in carrots, garlic, onion, peas and cook for another minute. Add rice and cook for 5 min, then add scallion and the rest of seasoning and cook for another 5 min.

To cook the fried egg, add oil to a pan and cook sunny side up. Place on top of rice.
