Full Glutes and Legs Fat-Burning Workout

If you are looking for a quick eight-minute workout that you will feel in your legs and glutes, look no further!

I use the Tabata Training Principle, which consists of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest protocol. There are many different variations of this training principle; I have simply modified. This workout will target all aspects of your lower body and core and will be a great cardio workout as well.
