Funny Animal Video: Cat Opens Freezer Door To Steal Food (VIDEO)

After a series of freezer break-ins, a family caught a small-time offender on camera. His name? Oscar, and he's a cat burglar...literally! In this clip from ABC's Good Morning America, watch the feline jump a couple feet off the floor, hold the freezer handle with his paws and swing open the door. The kitty then jumps back down to the floor, only to jump back up in the now open freezer to score his loot.

We thoroughly enjoyed this clip, but based on other pet-homeowner interactions we've seen recently, it makes us wonder if our pets are really...just like us. And, can a home be too pet-friendly? We've never really considered cabinet and refrigerator safety locks before. Then again, Oscar is a pretty clever cat, we have to say.
