Game of Thrones” Season 7 sounds like fire.

The King in the North himself ― actor Kit Harington ― already told The Huffington Post that the show would be “breaking boundaries” in its final two seasons, and now we may know one way it’ll do that.

In a new interview with Entertainment Weekly, Season 7 director Matt Shakman said that “the dragons this year are the size of 747s.”

He continued, “Drogon is the biggest of the bunch — his flame is 30 feet in diameter!”

Daaamn, Dany!

Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) has three highly coveted dragons in the show: Rhaegal, Viserion and Drogon. As EW notes, the director was probably making an approximation about their size. Some Boeing 747s are as long as 250 feet, but Shakman’s point is simply that the dragons are going to be big.

The biggest dragon, however, may still be on the way.

One popular theory states an ice dragon might be hidden in the Wall, which separates Westeros from the land of the undead White Walkers. Some fans think Bran may even eventually warg into, or enter the mind of, that creature and take control of it.

HuffPost recently asked Bran himself ― actor Isaac Hempstead Wright ― about possibly becoming a dragon. Unsurprisingly, he’s all for it.

“Yeah, yeah, yeah, that’s cool! That’d be up there on my list of things I’d like to be ... dragon, No. 1,” said Hempstead Wright before teasing that fans will have to watch to find out.

We’re with Bran. Becoming a dragon sounds awesome, duh, and that was even before hearing that they’re going to be the size of airplanes.

Let’s just hope Bran has his pilot’s license.

”Game of Thrones” Season 7 premieres July 16 on HBO.
