Gay Couple Meets Hillary Clinton After Surprise Engagement At Her Rally

Their rings are inscribed with "stronger together."

A Hillary Clinton campaign staffer named Kyle got the surprise of his life at a Nov. 5 rally for the presidential nominee when his boyfriend shocked him by getting down on one knee and popping the big question.

Kyle, of course, said yes.

After the proposal, Kyle and Greg, who met three years ago, got a photo op with Clinton and shared their happy news.

“I was canvassing for you all day today, and then I came here,” Kyle tells Clinton in the video above. “And now I’m engaged and now I’m meeting you!”

“Sounds like an all-around good day,” Clinton, obviously elated, responded.

Even cooler? Greg had their engagement rings inscribed with the Clinton campaign slogan “stronger together.”
