George Lopez is eyeing a return to TV. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the former late night host and star of ABC's "George Lopez" is close to signing a deal similar to Charlie Sheen's latest contract.

If Lopez signs, he'd star in 10 episodes for Debmar-Mercury, a subsidiary of Lionsgate. If the sitcom, which he will co-create, takes off in the ratings, the production company would order 90 additional episodes.
