Get Bikini Ready in 20 Minutes

Summer's coming and that means it's time to pull out the old bikini. Say WHAT? Ok, so maybe you don't greet my words with as much enthusiasm as you'd like and if so, here's the good news -- you still have about 6 weeks to get bikini ready if you start now. To help you do that, I've put together a fantastic workout to help tone and tighten all those jiggly areas while you lose the weight in just 20 minutes. Do this workout 3 to 5 times a week along with 5 days of walking, hiking, running, biking or jumping rope and you will be bikini ready in 6 weeks!

BURPIES: Tone and Tighten the entire body

CRUNCH WITH LEGS RAISED: Tighten the lower abs

Remember to get a good stretch at the end of any workout to help you prevent from getting sore. As you progress through the workout, try increasing the amount of weight to increase your resistance. If all else fails, a spray tan works wonders to help etch that 6-pack er, shall I say 3-pack, while you're at the beach!
