I believe the way to get spotted is to shine more brightly and to stand out from the crowd by being more you. We all have what we need to be amazing in business, but so often we hide it away as we believe it's safer to do so. Head above the parapet may get blown off.

My values are way too hippy to take the direct route to promotion. I can't stab people in the back, sleep with the boss or brown nose my way to career elevation. It wouldn't sit right and at some point, arse holes get found out; for which we should all be grateful.
