Gilles Marini Sounds Off On Closeted Gay Celebrities, Same-Sex Wedding (VIDEO)

'Sex And The City' Hunk Says 'It's Very Uncool' To Stay In The Closet

"Sex and the City" hunk Gilles Marini minced few words on whether or not famous gay people should stay closeted in a "bethenny" appearance this week.

"We're in 2013. I think it's very uncool to be in the closet nowadays," the French-American actor and "Dancing With The Stars" contestant declared.

He also recalled the experience of witnessing a same-sex wedding for his friends Philippe and David, noting, "I think it was fantastic. Don't stay in the closet. You'll only hurt your heart and, down the line, probably your family. They need to know the truth about what you like and what you want in life."
