Gisele Bündchen has graced the cover of over a thousand magazines (truly). But you’ve never seen the supermodel quite like this: For the cover of February’s Vogue Italia, Bündchen opened the doors of her home to photographer Jamie Hawkesworth for the most intimate photoshoot she’s ever done.

Making history for the high fashion magazine, the 37-year-old appears throughout the spread without a drop of makeup and with no hairstyling, giving audiences their most authentic glimpse yet at the usually glam supermodel. Titled “Sunday With Gisele,” the photo spread captures just how normal Bündchen’s home life in Boston really is — despite being the second highest-paid model in the world and being married to New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady — as she reminisces over old photos, plays with her dog, and keeps cozy in a pair of Bugs Bunny slippers.

From her fresh face to her naturally wavy hair and even her own wardrobe styling, the Brazilian bombshell kept it low-key, while Hawkesworth captured the beautiful shots. The photographer stayed in line with the simplicity of the shoot, using only natural light and snapping the photos on film to ensure that they remained unretouched.

The cover’s debut coincides with another inside look at Bündchen and Brady’s home life, which is currently being featured in the new docuseries “Tom vs. Time” on Facebook Watch. And as much as we love a superglam Gisele, we’re hoping that the move to embrace natural beauty is here to stay.
