Go Inside a Chocolate Factory (Video)

We went to Brooklyn's Tumbador Chocolate to get a peek at the day-to-day life in a chocolate factory. Tumbador's Executive Pastry Chef Jean-Francois Bonnet led us through the process, from melting tons (literally) of chocolate to the machines used to cover everything from marshmallows to caramel.

Mention a chocolate factory and of course images of Willy Wonka come to mind. And while the reality may not be quite as fantastical, it's still a pretty great place to step inside.

We went to Brooklyn's Tumbador Chocolate to get a peek at the day-to-day life in a chocolate factory. Tumbador's Executive Pastry Chef Jean-Francois Bonnet led us through the process, from melting tons (literally) of chocolate to the machines used to cover everything from marshmallows to caramel. And along the way we get to see the work that goes into even the smallest piece of chocolate.
