Golden Globe Nominations 2017 Highlights 'La La Land,' 'Moonlight' and 'People v. O.J. Simpson'

Awards season continues to inch closer and on Monday, Don Cheadle, Laura Dern and Anna Kendrick gathered at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills to announce the 2017 Golden Globe nominations.

This year’s competition is tight and “La La Land” leads the pack with seven nominations, followed by “Moonlight” with six noms. On the television side, “The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story” nabbed five nominations, while “The Night Manager” is up for four, and “Westworld” earned three.

The Globes, which honor the best in both movies and television, will be hosted by Jimmy Fallon and will air Jan. 8 on NBC.
