Gordon Ramsay 'Hotel Hell': Ramsay Says Couples Should Skip The Honeymoon Suite (VIDEO)

WATCH: The Disgusting Reason You Shouldn't Book The Honeymoon Suite

You'd probably feel pretty special if you were offered an upgrade to the honeymoon suite on your romantic weekend getaway. It is, after all, a bigger room with a bigger bed and probably a better view.

"If I can give you one strong piece of advice, when you go away for that romantic weekend, whatever you do, do not accept or take the upgrade to the honeymoon suite," Ramsay told HuffPost Live hosts Janet Varney and Nancy Redd on Monday. "If we can ponder for two minutes what goes on in that room seven days a week, 365 days a year..."

Ramsay said he'll be bringing out a black light at some of the hotels he visits on his new show, and viewers might be horrified by what he finds. Watch the whole HuffPost Live segment above to learn more about the show, and scroll to 3:51 for Ramsay's thoughts on the honeymoon suite.
