1) How do you define gratitude, and what are you grateful for?
I feel that gratitude is continually counting your blessings and blessing life back. It is playing with providence and beholding the bright side. Gratitude is feeling embraced by the fragrance of grace.
I am so thankful for this life! This life is an exquisite inpouring and outpouring of unimagined gifts of divinity.
2) What is art to you?
Art lives where humans create beauty that celebrates life and the mystery of the cosmos.
3) When did you experience significant personal growth, and how did it impact your perspective on life?
Last year, our home and business burned to the ground. It was scary and deeply devastating to experience so much loss.
There were many tears in the wake of fear and gut-wrenching moments of grief as the "gold" of our life became charred ashes. Yet, as the flames roared, my family and I kept reaching out of the chaos for the bright spots, for the luck, the light, the laughter, the relief, the silver lining. We kept aligning to appreciation and continued to feel gratitude as we rebuilt our lives.
