It was a major and emotional moment in the marriage of Cristina and Owen on "Grey's Anatomy." It was the end.

The couple made the difficult decision to end their marriage, coming together to sign the divorce papers. Owen believed that their marriage was a mistake, saying they had boxed themselves in.

"We sign these papers, that ends," he said. "We get out of that box. We don’t hurt each other anymore."

With tears, Cristina agreed and signed the papers. And then, they sealed it with a kiss. But was it a kiss that gives hope, as Wetpaint wrote, or a kiss of finality and closure?
