Out of all the things to come out of “Glee” (a Lea Michele-Naya Rivera feud, Jane Lynch’s overdue recognition as a comedic genius, rampant slushie abuse, etc.) we never expected that Gwyneth Paltrow would be the one carrying the torch all these years later.

Well, the Oscar-winning actress and her television executive boyfriend Brad Falchuk, who met while working together on the hit TV musical series, have been dating for nearly two years now. They’ve somehow managed to keep things on the down low apart from a group photo collage here and a paparazzi-heavy party there.

That is, until Wednesday, when Paltrow consciously made the coupling Instagram official by sharing a sweet message to Falchuk on his 46th birthday. Break out your $200 pelvic floor exercise tracker, because these two aren’t’ fooling around!

“Happy birthday handsome,” she captioned a photo of the two of them cozying up together.

Apart from the selfie, we don’t exactly know how Falchuk decided to spend the big day, but we can only hope that it included Paltrow reprising her “Glee” character Holly Holiday for a a birthday rendition of “Forget You.”

Coincidentally, Paltrow’s ex-husband Coldplay’s Chris Martin celebrated his 40th birthday the day after Falchuk’s. Despite the developments in her love life, the actress and Martin still remain close, as the two co-parent their children Apple, 12, and Moses, 10.

Speaking with InStyle in December, Paltrow revealed that Martin would still “take a bullet” for her even though they are no longer together.

“He’s at my house every single day,” she said. “We have our own lives but we still have our family life.”

Falchuk is also dad to two kids with his with his ex-wife, Suzanne Falchuk, so when it comes to this pairing, it’s one big happy family.
