Gwyneth Paltrow is but the latest celebrity to take on the ALS ice bucket challenge, created to raise awareness and funds for the ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or Lou Gehrig's disease) Association. In an Instagram video uploaded Wednesday, August 20, Paltrow stands in a bikini on a lovely patch of grass, and nominates her estranged husband Chris Martin, BFF Cameron Diaz and designer Stella McCartney to hop on the trend.
