Gwyneth Talks 'F'ing Great' Body Type Workout

Gwyneth devotes this week's GOOP newsletter to promoting her trainer, Tracy Anderson, who relieved her of her "batwings" and "sagging ass."

Gwyneth writes:

Then she gives the floor to Tracy, who touts her Metamorphosis system - a plan that involves changing workouts every 10 days and is customized to your body type. Tracy identifies 4 body types based on where you store fat:

Abcentric - If you gain weight in your midsection and stomach and have a thick waist.

Hipcentric - If you have a smaller waist but larger hips and thighs.

Glutecentric - If you hold weight in your rear or if there's no distinction between your butt and thighs.

Omnicentric - If you don't have one particular problem area or if you have all of the above.

Tracy doesn't say which body type Gwyneth is, but she shows photos of several women who underwent the 90-day Metamorphosis (which includes a restricted diet) and the results are impressive. One example:

Tracy is currently whipping Jessica Simpson into shape for her upcoming wedding and trying to get Jess to make a "big, forever lifestyle shift."
