Gwyneth Paltrow's Self Cover Doesn't Exactly Look Like... Herself (PHOTOS, POLL)

PHOTOS: Is That You, Gwyneth Paltrow?

We're big Gwyneth Paltrow fans, so we absolutely hate when the actress' image is changed from its natural state of gorgeousness.

The "Iron Man" star covers Self's April issue looking like someone other than the Gwyn we know and love. Her blonde hair and blue eyes are there, but we smell a little fishy Photoshop work on the cover. Seriously, what's going on with her face?

The crazy thing is that the 40-year-old even looks different in her interior shot (a modified version of not-Gwyneth, if you will). We've bemoaned the heavy-handed retouching of Ms. Paltrow before, so we're hoping magazines will get the hint that the face of "Max Factor" is just fine the way she is. (Except, of course, the rare occasion when a lil' airbrushing couldn't hurt.)

Do you think Gwyneth's Self shoot has had a little too much work done?
