Hailee Steinfeld's 'Natural' Makeup Look Is Quite The Masterpiece (PHOTO)

How To Look Like You're Not Wearing A Ton Of Makeup

We are huge fans of Hailee Steinfeld's age-appropriate look. The 16-year-old actress, who first caught our attention with her braided pigtails in the 2010 film "True Grit," never appears overdone when she's on the red carpet. Instead, Steinfeld plays up her youthful complexion with "natural" makeup.

The brunette beauty's radiance was on full display earlier this week when she attended a dinner in honor of designer Prabal Gurung. While it was certainly a star-studded affair, Steinfeld's makeup artist Stephen Sollitto created an understated look using a combination of monochromatic eyeshadows, blushes and lip colors that blend seamlessly. But we would've guessed it only took about three products.

Scroll down to find out exactly how Steinfeld faked a "natural" makeup look.

Eyes: Benefit Thanks A Latte eyeshadow (a champagne shade) was swept onto her entire lid, into the crease and a little above the brows. Then, MAC Mulch (a perfect bronze) was applied in the crease and both the upper and lower lash lines. The shadows were blended out at the corners to extend the shape of Steinfeld's eye.

Lashes: A coat of Benefit Get Bent Mascara was brushed onto the upper and lower lashes.

Brows: Benefit Gimme Brow Fiber Gel in Light/Med was used to groom the young star's eyebrows.

Cheeks: Sollitto used a mix of MAC Powder Blush in Buff and Lancome Blush Subtil in Rose Boise -- this creates a coral-pink effect.

Lips: A pale MAC lip color from the brand's fall 2013 collection in Au Naturale was punched up with a layer of MAC Tinted Lip Conditioner in Gentle Coral on top.
