Namaste and Aloha! Here we are back together again!

At this point in our cosmic adventure I have one question to ask you... Who are you? Take a moment. Take a deep breath and ask yourself: Who am I really? Am I the story that I have written about myself? Is that my real identity or am I something more? Where and when did I begin? When do I end? Where is my true home? My source?

These questions have been with me since I was a little girl. I remember how close I felt to my St. Bernard dog, Muffy... how I couldn't understand why she had to sleep in the garage and not with me. Why was she separated from me as if she were less than? Why was I better?

I felt that way about everything: the Atlantic Ocean, the magnificent pine trees, the ever-shifting sky. I knew then that we were all inextricably connected, that these were also my family. I knew this until I got socialized into the misidentification process that appears to rule our world. It was systematic. When I questioned my relationship to nature, to animals, to children who were different colors, it was communicated to me by authority figures again and again that we were all at different, important levels, caught in a caste system that everybody, at least outwardly, believed in. And humans were at the top. What egotistic silliness! Such coyote thinking! What a ruse!

At school I was pretty much an outcast because of my non-competitive nature. I didn't want to beat anybody at anything! In short I was a freak, a failure, a pariah. I just couldn't get why white people pretty much ruled our history books. That didn't feel right. Where was the rest of the world in the scheme of things? What role did the environment play? Where were the women heroes since the beginning of time? What about the spirit that rules this place? How does this magnificence play into everything? Where do all of these energies meet?

Sorry to go off on all of this but this is the challenge we must face. Your story maker (ego) has been promoting this system of comparisons and differences forever. It is fed to you day in and day out by the world view and you have been hypnotized to believe that you are separate and you must separate even more by developing your "specialness" and "better-than-ness" or you will not survive. Nothing could be less true and in order to align yourself with the creator to invoke an extraordinary life you have to see through this story that runs in your brain. Then you have to choose to commune with all of life as your brothers and sisters no matter what form their spirit has chosen (animal, vegetable, etc.), where they come from, what they have or have not accomplished... simply love everyone without judgment or comparison -- as a reflection of you.

My dog Muffy taught me this when I was 3. Lying across from her on the faded, braided living-room rug I traveled deep within her eyes. There I found safety, stillness and unwavering love. True family.

To break any hypnosis or false beliefs you have running in your brain, try saying these new invocations several times a day. Notice when you start judging others (about anything) and immediately delete the thought. If that doesn't work and your mind persists, ask yourself, "What am I afraid of?" Whenever we separate out from anything, it is because of some kind of fear. Name your fears, cast them out, and go deeper. You can do it! Be be devoted to the cause!

Until next week, 10,000 blessings from all directions! And take care of yourself out there...

1.Breathing in, I feel the everlasting spirit of who I am, breathing out I feel joy.
2. I am confident, clear, and attuned to the wisdom of the universe.
3.Who I am is unstoppable, eternal and connected to everything and everyone.
4.When I look into your eyes I see myself.
5.I am a work in process and so is everyone else.
6.We all an expression of the grand source of love.
7.Breathing in I know I am in oneness with all living things, breathing out I am free.
