It's not every day you get a surprise from Harrison Ford.
The 73-year-old actor helped promote Omaze's "Star Wars": Force for Change fundraising campaign by hopping on some video chats with a few lucky fans. The individuals on the other end of the calls were past donors and campaign entrants who thought they'd just be talking to Omaze officials.
The conversations begin with officials thanking the individuals for their involvement, and asking if they're fans of "Star Wars." Then, at a random moment in the call, Ford walks into the camera's view and surprises the fans.
In one instance, one of the officials asks a woman, "Who's your favorite character?"
"I have to go with Padme," she replied, before Ford joined the conversation and questioned her choice.
"Hi Harrison," she said, shocked. Of course, after seeing the legendary actor, she changes her tune and decides Han Solo (Ford's character) is the best.
The "Star Wars": Force for Change campaign is offering fans a chance to meet the cast of the franchise's new film, "The Force Awakens," at the red carpet premiere in either London or Los Angeles.
So to everyone who wants to enter, we say: May the force be with you!
