Harvey Nichols Ads Feature Hot Models Kissing... Themselves (PHOTOS)

"Love thyself" never looked so literal before.

If a Harvey Nichols ad goes up in England and no one raises an eyebrow at it, did it even really happen?

You might recall the British department store's last go-around at the Head-Turning Ad Campaign™: models, well, peeing themselves. ("The Harvey Nichols sale: Try to contain yourself.") Last year, they made some -- hilarious -- spots based on the walk of shame.

The store's new adverts, which promote the new Beauty Bazaar store in Liverpool, England, feature hot models posed close to each other and ready to snog. The catch? As the tagline "Love Thyself" conveys, they're kissing... themselves.

Obviously the ads were designed to grab your attention, but there's a concept floating behind the kissing models. As marketing director Julie Bowe explains, the Bazaar is "a uniquely indulgent experience that allows you to recharge your batteries through a little self-love and 'me-time.'" Beauty director Daniela Rinaldi explained further to the Telegraph: "We wanted to capture the transforming nature of the in store experience and the notion of being the best you can be, so much so, that at the end of the experience you will look so good you will even fall in love with yourself."

The Beauty Bazaar itself will be a two-floor extravaganza: floor one will be a Sephora-esque market of makeup, while the second floor will host a medi-spa where customers can score facials, Botox and the like.
