Healthy Thanksgiving Recipes For A Lighter Holiday (PHOTOS)

More so than family togetherness, Thanksgiving is all about the food. And not just any food, but dishes packed with cream and butter. It's essentially the antithesis of healthy eating. But it doesn't have to be that way (if you don't want it to) because healthy Thanksgiving recipes do exist.

The following recipes are full of flavor but have a lot less fat -- switching out butter with healthy olive oil and using low-fat milk instead of cream. This means that you can get a second serving of Thanksgiving dinner (because you know you will) without feeling like your heart's going to stop. Now that's something to be thankful for.
