Sex, Drugs And 'Heavy Metal Parking Lot'

The real debauchery at Judas Priest concerts back in the '80s didn't take place on stage -- it went down in the parking lot.

Filmmakers Jeff Krulik and John Heyn created an underground sensation in 1986 when they turned their cameras on the stoned, half-dressed Judas Priest fans outside the Capital Centre in Landover, Maryland.

The 17-minute result, "Heavy Metal Parking Lot," is now considered a classic document of rock history. Members of Nirvana were reportedly so in love with 'Parking Lot' they kept a copy on their tour bus.

To mark the new edition of the video, Krulik joins us on the HuffPost Weird News podcast.
