When our favorite stylish starlets choose the same look, it's often an indication that the pair are sartorial soul mates. Yet we always thought the ladies who donned this red lace Dolce & Gabbana dress fell on opposing ends of the fashion spectrum.
Helen Mirren wore the bold runway look to Thursday night's Mandarin Oriental anniversary bash in Hong Kong. Rita Ora rocked an unlined version for a performance last month. And we have to say, both ladies managed to put their own spin on the festive frock. While Rita rocked its accompanying oversized crucifix as a necklace, Helen fashioned hers into a belt.
Perhaps Rita and Helen aren't so different after all; in fact, both have experimented with fluorescent hair dye (yellow for Rita, pink for Helen) and equally outlandish outfits (bold prints for Rita, stripper heels for Helen). We'll take this as conclusive proof that 68-year-olds and 22-year-olds can share closets.
Still, we have to ask: Whose look do you prefer?
