Henry Hopper has been accused of raping a 15-year-old girl by the young woman's mother, who alleges that Dennis Hopper's son took advantage of the minor after giving her drugs and alcohol.

According to TMZ, 21-year-old Hopper began a Facebook relationship with the young girl -- after meeting in February 2011 through a mutual friend -- before inviting her to his Venice, Calif., home.

The lawsuit details that the young girl, named in the legal papers as Jan Doe, visited Hopper's home on several occasions during which the actor would supply her with alcohol before engaging in "sexually offensive conduct," which according to TMZ included "sexual intercourse, forced oral copulation and sodomy."

Although it is unknown whether Doe ever reported any of these events to the police, Doe's mother says her daughter has suffered from "injuries to her emotional health, strength and activity."

Henry starred in 2011's "Restless" opposite Mia Wasikowska and appears in the forthcoming "Tar" alongside James Franco, Mila Kunis and Jessica Chastain.
