250 Immigrant Children Given Overdose Of Hep A Vaccine At Texas Detention Center

The South Texas Family Residential Center administered an adult dosage of the hepatitis A vaccine to nearly 250 immigrant children last week. While the children remain reportedly unharmed by the overdosage, the massive accident raises serious red flags about the treatment of immigrant families held at such detention centers.
