Alaska is known for its spectacular scenery. But you'll really do yourself a favor by seeing the city of Anchorage from the best vantage point: up in the air in a seaplane!
Head over to Lake Hood, the busiest seaplane port in the world with more than 1,000 aircraft basing themselves on the lake. There are more than 90,000 takeoffs a year, so you'll be able to book a flight on just about any day.
Get a look at everything you can experience from above as I board an Alaskan seaplane to get the best views of Anchorage.
