Instructions:

  1. Step onto your right foot. Drive off the ball of your big toe as you take a slight jump off the ground. Lift left knee toward your chest as you jump. Swing your arms to help lift you high into the air.
  2. Place the left foot down to meet the right. Jump off that foot as you draw right knee toward your chest. Once you are comfortable with this motion, quickly alternate knees up as you skip across the floor.
  3. Perform the skip for 30 seconds then rest for 15 seconds. Repeat 10 times.
