I explain in my latest Counter Propa article that it’s Groundhog Day again in the Democratic Party. Instead of fixing the corruption found in WikiLeaks DNC and Podesta emails, Democrats have circled the wagons around establishment narratives. Russia, fake new, Comey’s letter and a flawed Electoral College now overshadow Hillary Clinton’s two FBI criminal investigations (don’t forget the Weiner Probe), Iraq Vote, and abysmal favorability ratings.

People like Sam Ronan, who could save the DNC from another Trump administration, are given less publicity than Clinton apologist (the Tweet saying Clinton won fair and square says it all) Tom Perez. American media and the Democratic establishment have united to attack Trump, while expecting Bernie and Jill voters to forgive Correct the Record trolls and once again “fall in line.”

No reflection and certainly no movement to the left on major issues, as Jennifer Palmieri proudly stated to Chuck Todd, can be expected from Democrats who burned $1.2 billion losing to a reality star.

Since identity politics and an aversion to any semblance of an anti-war movement are hallmarks of today’s Democratic Party, don’t expect Democrats to abandon Hillary Clinton. If POLITICO Magazine publishes the following article on February 12, 2017, then get ready for #Hillary2020:

Hillary Clinton Is Running Again
Here’s the proof.
…this is just a statement of simple facts (if facts mean anything anymore, that is). And the facts are clear that the former secretary of state is doing everything she needs to do to run for the White House one more time. If she finds a path to do so, she will take it. And I can prove it.
Similarly, why did the Clintons allow rumors to circulate—rumors they still haven’t officially quashed—that the former secretary of state was/is/might be considering a run for mayor of New York City? For the thrill of it? Out of spite toward the current mayor, who supported her candidacy for the White House? Or might there be another reason to keep alive the idea that Hillary Clinton’s political fortunes aren’t in the rear-view mirror?
This month, Clinton signed a book deal with Simon & Schuster. That alone isn’t noteworthy.
Instead, Clinton sounded very much like she was still on the campaign trail. (Because, of course, she is.)
Finally, consider last November’s concession speech to Trump. Absent in her remarks was any indication, as one might have expected, that she was going gentle into that good night, handing the baton to a new generation or even to a new leader. Instead, Clinton talked more about the future—explicitly including herself in that future—than she did about the past.
Yes, barring some calamity, Clinton is running…Not only will Clinton run again, she has an excellent shot at getting the Democratic Party nomination again. But only if she approaches it quite differently. Here’s some advice for her.

Well, there you have it: Trump’s reelection has been confirmed. POLITICO is one of the most respected publications within the liberal political establishment, and if they’re publishing this type of headline, Clinton’s future campaign is more than just hyperbole.

Forget about Democrats asking Bernie voters for forgiveness, or looking in the mirror to see why Trump won. They’ve learned nothing after cheating Bernie Sanders, the only populist candidate within the Democratic Party, in an election where voters yearned for a populist candidate. Furthermore, most Hillary voters would absolutely love Clinton to run again, especially since Russia stole the election and Comey’s letter helped Putin. Yes, Harry Reid accused the FBI’s James Comey of helping Vladimir Putin undermine democracy.

Many Democrats truly want a third Clinton campaign.

I give my thoughts regarding Hillary Clinton’s 2020 campaign here.

Before another presidential run, Clinton might run for New York Mayor. The New York Daily News quotes a source who says Clinton is serious about yet another government job:

Hillary Clinton possibly mulling a run for New York City mayor, source says
Hillary Clinton left open the possibility of running for mayor of New York City this year in a private conversation with a top Democrat, a well-placed source told the Daily News.
…A run for mayor of New York — often described as the second hardest job in American politics — would put Clinton back on the global stage, but many in politics are skeptical that the former Secretary of State would ever jump back into the fray.
“It’d be sweet justice considering the way that de Blasio treated her (in the primary),” said one Democrat and Clinton loyalist.
Clinton, who is being pressed by many New York Dems to get back into the game by running for mayor, did not rule out challenging current City Hall occupant Mayor de Blasio in that conversation, the source said.

Clinton used her Secretary of State position as a stepping stone for a failed campaign against Trump, so running for New York Mayor could be a similar tactic.

Hillary also might star in a reality show.

As for eight years of Trump, Democrats have fumed over his executive orders and rejoiced after his losses to the judicial system. There’s already talk about impeachment and many Democrats truly believe Trump is incapable of repeating his stunning victory in 2020. To the media and liberal voters outraged by Trump’s behavior, Democrats are poised to win back the White House in four years.

However, there’s only one enormous problem.

Aside from a fracture within the Democratic Party that pits Bernie Sanders against the establishment, and Clinton’s ongoing scandals, there’s the issue of Clinton’s ties to Russia.

Yes, you heard it right, and Hillary Clinton has circumvented these ties for too long.

Trump isn’t stupid, and the Russian uranium deal during President Obama’s administration will be examined in 2020 against Clinton. The New York Times explains Clinton’s connection to Uranium One in a piece titled Cash Flowed to Clinton Foundation Amid Russian Uranium Deal:

The headline on the website Pravda trumpeted President Vladimir V. Putin’s latest coup, its nationalistic fervor recalling an era when its precursor served as the official mouthpiece of the Kremlin: “Russian Nuclear Energy Conquers the World.”
The article, in January 2013, detailed how the Russian atomic energy agency, Rosatom, had taken over a Canadian company with uranium-mining stakes stretching from Central Asia to the American West.
Beyond mines in Kazakhstan that are among the most lucrative in the world, the sale gave the Russians control of one-fifth of all uranium production capacity in the United States. Since uranium is considered a strategic asset, with implications for national security, the deal had to be approved by a committee composed of representatives from a number of United States government agencies. Among the agencies that eventually signed off was the State Department, then headed by Mr. Clinton’s wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton.
As the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, Canadian records show, a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation. Uranium One’s chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million. Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors. Other people with ties to the company made donations as well.
And shortly after the Russians announced their intention to acquire a majority stake in Uranium One, Mr. Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank with links to the Kremlin that was promoting Uranium One stock.

It’s likely you didn’t hear much about Bill Clinton’s $500,000 payment from a Moscow investment bank, did you? The Daily Beast and Washington Post never speak about Pravda publishing a headline titled “Russian Nuclear Energy Conquers the World.” Imagine if Trump’s State Department approved this deal.

In addition, the Podesta Group lobbied on behalf of Uranium one, after most of it was owned by Russia. I explain Clinton Foundation ties to Uranium One in the following YouTube segment.

Think of Trump’s 2020 campaign ads stating “As the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, Canadian records show, a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation.”

Therefore, get ready for eight years of President Trump. Clinton loyalists aren’t going to break up Too Big to Fail Banks, or cater to truly progressive voters. Clinton will run again, simply because Cory Booker and Elizabeth Warren don’t have the brand name and fundraising abilities of Madam Secretary. Democrats have learned nothing from Trump’s victory and if anything, the DNC has retreated into its neoliberal bubble. If you can’t stand Trump, get ready for two terms once #Hillary2020 becomes reality.
