Painfully little is known about Hoda's mystery boyfriend, save for their recent trip to see "All The Way" on Broadway and that, according to Hoda herself, he's "very, very, cute."
Well, interested parties should take note: the two actually came very close to never meeting each other.
"I almost didn't go out the night I met him," she told HuffPost Live's Caroline Modarressy-Tehrani in an interview on Thursday. "Cause you know how you don't feel like it because it's raining and icky and why not just watch a 'Law & Order' rerun and stay home and eat potato chips -- and I'm so glad I went out that night because it was a chance meeting that ended up being kind of a life transforming event for me."
The "Today" show host also opened up a little about what goes on in the bedroom with her "wonderful guy."
"For me, it is about connection," she said. "No one is into the sport of [sex]. You want to have a real deep, honest connection. For me, that is such a valuable part of who you are."
That, and presumably a love of wine.
