Holly Madison Announces Wedding, Fiancé Faces More Than 13 Years In Prison (REPORTS, VIDEO)

Mixed Emotions ...

Holly Madison has some good news ... and some bad news.

The former Playboy bunny announced her wedding date this past Sunday night, and just hours later was in court because her fiance, Pasquale Rotella, is facing major jail time.

Madison revealed that on August 15 she will tie the knot with the father of her baby daughter, Rainbow Aurora. But the next morning, reality hit as Holly's man was at a Los Angeles courthouse facing charges for bribery, embezzlement, conspiracy and conflict of interest, RadarOnline was first to report.

Rotella appeared in court for a pretrial conference for a case which alleges that he "used more than $2.5 million in funds from the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, where he hosted raves, to pay off city officials," according to RadarOnline.

The case will reconvene on July 29, just over two weeks before the couple plans to wed. But both Pasquale and Holly are hopeful that he will be free of all of this and in the meantime, Holly is planning on having a "Kardashian-sized family," meaning more kids with her fiance.

A request for comment made to Madison's rep was not immediately answered. The star herself has not addressed her fiance's situation on Twitter, though she did tweet several times today. Rotella also tweeted since his appearance in court, but nothing in reference to the jail time he might face.

The couple has been together for almost two years now. Back in April of last year, L.A. Weekly addressed the case and wrote that "Pasquale Rotella of Insomniac Events, which has received more focus because a 15-year-old died of an ecstasy overdose after attending one of his Coliseum events, could see 13 years, 8 months behind bars [if convicted]."
