'Home Improvement' Actor Taran Noah Smith Arrested For DUI, Drug Possession

"Home Improvement" actor Taran Noah Smith was arrested for an alleged DUI and drug possession early Wednesday morning, TMZ reports.

Cops believe Smith was under the influence of marijuana when he was arrested and was reportedly in possession of hash.

Smith, now 27, signed on to play the youngest son of Tim Allen's character on the popular '90s TV show when he was just seven years old. Though "Home Improvement" ended its run in 1999, the cast recently reunited for a special Entertainment Weekly article in October 2011.

''It was pretty exciting to leave it behind and do other things,'' Smith told EW about leaving his "Home Improvement" days behind. He later started a vegan food company and became an installation artist.
