Massive House Made Of Fabric Is Unlike Anything You've Seen Before (PHOTOS)

This Incredible House Is Unlike Anything You've Seen Before

The phrase "fabric house" might bring to mind a mental image of a play house, or perhaps an uncreatively-named sewing supply shop. But when cloth is put in the hands of Korean artist Do-Ho Suh, the resulting structure is absolutely mind-blowing.

Currently on view at the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Seoul, South Korea, the house is part of the installation "Home Within Home," which features two giant representations of the artist's former homes -- all constructed from fabric.

Do-Ho Suh's work frequently explores what a house can represent. In an interview with Art21 regarding his previous work, Seoul Home/L.A. Home, the artist discussed the idea of home:

I mean, at some point in your life, you have to leave your home. And whenever you go back, it’s just not the same home anymore. I think home is something that you carry along with your life.

We couldn't agree more.

H/T to Fubiz for introducing us to this incredible work
