When Season 7 of "How I Met Your Mother" wrapped up on Monday night, longtime fans of the show got quite the shock.
Not only did it appear that Barney and Robin get married thanks to a flash forward to their wedding, but Ted's (Josh Radnor) girlfriend Victoria (Ashley Williams) from Season 1 came back into his life.
Will Victoria end up being the one for Ted? That's still unclear, but Radnor and Williams couldn't be happier to be working together again.
"I love working with Ashley," Radnor told The Huffington Post at the Gersh Agency's upfront party in New York this week. "She came back for that episode earlier this year, and it was super fun. [The writers] wanted to bring her back after seeing us together again -- they just love that. So they brought her back, and we had such a fun time. And it looks like she'll be back at the beginning of next season!"
As for Williams, she can't wait to spend time with Radnor again. "Josh Radnor is one of the most fun, interesting and romantic people that I've ever worked with," she told HuffPost. "It's really fun doing scenes with him and playing around with the material ... We have each others backs a little bit, which has really helped. He's also really funny. He's just the best, isn't he?
"Also, I feel like he's a person you can take aside and talk to if you're struggling in life," Williams continued. "That ends up being a lot of where our conversations go -- what I'm struggling with in my life. He's a great sounding board and very, very wise beyond his years, in my opinion."
