The firm has been tweaking its designs and adding new features to appeal to the nation’s 76 million baby boomers, and according to spokesperson Jacque Petroulakis, there are three main areas it's focusing on:

First, the firm is increasingly locating its communities closer to cities and job centers, but not because they simply prefer an urban lifestyle--many of today's retirees aren't actually retired.
